Maxim Integrated MAX32655 Low-Power Wireless Microcontroller

Maxim Integrated MAX32655 Low-Power Wireless Microcontroller is an advanced System-on-Chip (SoC) featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M4F CPU and integrated BLUETOOTH® 5.2. The MAX32655 also integrates power regulation and management with a Single Inductor Multiple Output (SIMO) buck regulator system. The device offers large onboard memory with 512KB flash and 128KB SRAM, with optional error correction coding on one 32KB SRAM bank. This 32KB bank can be optionally retained in backup mode. An 8KB user One Time Programmable (OTP) area is available, and 8 bytes are retained, even during power-down.

Many high-speed interfaces are supported on the MAX32655 MCU, including multiple QSPI, UART, and I2C, plus one I2S port for connecting to an audio codec. An eight-input, 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) is available to monitor analog input from external analog sources.

The Maxim Integrated MAX32655 Wireless Microcontroller is available in an 8mm x 8mm CTBGA package, with a -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
